填表須知：

辦公時間：      

      9:00-12:00及2:00-4:00 (星期一至五)、
      9:00- 12:00 (星期六)

      (星期日及公眾假期休息）

申請日期:  由2022年5月10日至5月21日
申請人操行必須達乙等或以上及學業成績良好。
申請人必須於上述日期或以前 郵寄、親臨本校一樓校務處提交填妥之申請表及下列文件：

身份證明文件(副本)、相片(兩張)、成績表（最近兩年）、獎狀（如有）及證書（如有）等之正、副本；

貼上$2郵票之回郵信封一個（信封上須清楚書寫申請人之姓名及地址）
申請人須出席2022年6月11日(六)上午之插班生筆試

Closed on Sundays and public holidays

Application Period: From 10th May 2022 to 21st May 2022
Applicants must attain Grade B or above in conduct and have good academic results. 
The completed application form should be submitted to the school IN PERSON or BY POST. 
Documents to be submitted include:
1.    A copy of Identification document;
2.    Two passport photos; 
3.    Copies of school reports of last two years; 
4.    Copies of awards and certificates (if any);
5.    A self-addressed envelope with postage. 
Applicants are required to attend a written test for transfer students on Saturday, 11th June 2022.
